Kleentech Sussex is a UK-based business providing gutter cleaning, gutter repairs, pressure washing, and property maintenance services.

Service availability is subject to location and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse any booking.
All quotes are provided in good faith based on the information supplied by the customer.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Additional costs may apply if unforeseen work is required, which will be discussed before proceeding.
Bookings can be made via phone, email, or our Website contact form.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if notice is not provided.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, bank transfer, or other agreed payment methods.
Late payments may incur interest at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.
Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or incomplete work if access is restricted.
We are fully insured, including £4 million public liability cover.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues caused by poor property condition.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control (e.g., severe weather).
We guarantee our workmanship for 14 days after service completion for gutter cleaning and 3 months for repairs. This does not cover damage caused by weather, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
